New international Master's programme already yields first graduate
M.Sc. (Chem) Eva Bozo is the first graduate from the new international Master's degree programme, Chemistry of Sustainable Processes and Materials, from the Faculty of Technology at the University of Oulu. The degree programme is also offered on the Kokkola University Consortium Chydenius campus.
Eva started her Master's studies only last September. Her Master's thesis was done in Kokkola in collaboration with Umicore Finland. The thesis dealt with the chemical precipitation of lithium-ion battery chemicals, and especially interfacial solid-liquid phenomena in chemical precipitation.
Eva Bozo originates from Hungary, and she has been living and working in Finland since 2018.

Uudesta kansainvälisestä maisteriohjelmasta jo ensimmäinen maisteri
Hunkarilainen Eva aloitti Oulun yliopiston maisteriohjelmassa syyskuussa 2021.
M.Sc. (Chem) Eva Bozo on ensimmäinen uudesta Chemistry of Sustainable Processes and Materials -maisteriohjelmasta valmistunut. Kyseessä on Oulun yliopiston teknillisen tiedekunnan maisteriohjelma, joka tarjotaan myös Kokkolan yliopistokeskus Chydeniuksen kampuksella.
Eva aloitti maisteriohjelmassa vasta syyskuussa 2021. Pro gradu -työnsä hän teki Kokkolassa yhteistyönä Umicore Finlandin kanssa. Hänen lopputyönsä käsitteli litiumioniakkukemikaalien kemiallista saostusta ja erityisesti kiinteän faasin ja nestefaasin välistä rajapintailmiötä kemiallisessa saostuksessa.
Eva on kotoisin Unkarista, ja hän on asunut ja työskennellyt Suomessa vuodesta 2018.
