Challenges of transition by graduate social workers

The doctoral dissertation of Gorana is the critical and responsive type of action research exploring challenges of transition after graduation experienced by graduate social workers, and identifying alternatives, and possibilities for collective action in response to encountered challenges. Although the focus of her monograph is present-day situation of the graduate social workers in Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH), the research topic is internationally relevant, since the social work profession, as well as number of institutions offering social work education is growing worldwide. Her thesis is shedding light over an important question – What happened after the graduation?
