Welcome to our international open access online webinar on Scientific Publications Developing the Field of Early Childhood Education.

The seminar will encompass multiple topics: Do early childhood education research practices have an influence or accountability considering the Nordic society? How do educational policies and processes in ECEC benefit from the research? What are the critical aspects and gaps between current research topics and practices of ECEC? The themes discussed in this webinar are broad, developing our understanding of today's teacher education programmes, in-service training, developing of pedagogical practices, and giving us a critical reflection of the processes as well as the future orientation.
