Horizon 2020 DESIRA – Digitisation: Economic and Social Impacts on Rural Areas

Kokkola University Consortium Chydenius is part of the European Horizon 2020 DESIRA project (Digitization: Economic and Social Impacts in Rural Areas), which studies the effects of digitalisation in rural areas. In addition to digitalization, the University Consortium has a cross-cutting theme in the circular economy.

The project is coordinated by the University of Pisa and it bring together 25 organizations from across sectors and disciplines including research istitutes, NGOs and SMEs.
